Milestone 2 (End of M11): The “Then vs. Now” Short-films.
Fieldwork completed, providing the visual evidence of urban change.
Milestone 3 (End of M16): The Vision Essays.
Final cuts ready with subtitling for multi-regional screenings.
Milestone 4 (End of M20): The Creative Reflection Report.
Submission of the reflection report to FilmEU and local stakeholders.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Engagement:
    minimum of 15 active students in the workshops (about 5 per country); a minimum of 10 local stakeholders contacted in the 3 partner countries (about 3 to 4 per country, includes residents, public and educational institutions, cultural associations, etc).
  • Production:
    10–15 “Then vs. Now” short-films that combine archival and new footage; 3 Vision Essays (1 per country)
  • Impact:
    3 “Dialogue Sessions” with city stakeholders (1 per partner city).
  • Legacy:
    The permanent establishment of the RULFF methodology as a repeatable model for other European cities.
